Instagram sensation Baby Chanco, a one-year-old girl from Japan whose Instagram account boasts more than 300,000 followers, has landed a major campaign thanks to her perfectly coiffed hair.

The Japanese arm of Pantene, the haircare company owned by Procter & Gamble, has released pictures of Baby Chanco sporting a bouffant and looking super cute in a lovely pink dress.

Last year, US magazine People wrote that the baby’s luscious locks deserved their own Pantene ad. It sounds like the comment didn’t fall on deaf years. Fast forward to 2019 and Baby Chanco is following in the footsteps of celebrities such as Selena Gomez as a Pantene spokesperson.

In one of the images from the campaign, Baby Chanco, whose Instagram account is managed by her mother, Mani Kano, poses alongside Japanese TV presenter Sato Kondo, known for her grey tresses.
