Richard Mille has tapped Pierre Casiraghi, a young Monaco royal, as its first navigator partner. Casiraghi’s passion for sailing is well known – not only did he start sailing at a young age, he is also the vice-president of Monaco’s Yacht Club. Aged 31, he has sailed on some of the most exclusive, legendary boats. He has also taken part and won well-known regattas such as the Palermo Montecarlo in the TP 52 class, and the Giraglia Rolex Cup.

As the brand’s latest partner, Casiraghi will be putting the RM 60-01 Regatta to the test. The flyback chronograph is powered by the calibre RMAC2, an automatic winding movement with 50 hours of power reserve. Other highlights of the watch include a four-part case, a 60-minute countdown timer at 9 o’clock, a 24-hour totaliser at 6 o’clock, UTC function, and adjustable rotor geometry.
