Co-favourite Lucky Victor kept finding after turning the final bend three lengths on top strolling to the lead as expected 1,500m out for a fourth career success on the surface. The 10-pound claim of Angus Chung Yik-lai was the difference in the end. Run Des Run ran on nicely to make it close on the wire after a one-off trip behind midfield. He relished a return to the dirt with a run already underneath his belt. Run Run Good got going from midfield to fill a placing without menacing the top-three. It was a good effort first start after injuring a right fore leg in March. London Luckystar had his chance but peaked on his run 100m out after a handy run. It was another honest effort. Plunged late Travel Glory just held his ground after a prominent run along the fence. He's limited. In a new stable, Cable Speed kept on one-paced after a wide without cover run better than midfield. It was a better run on his prior 12 starts on both surfaces. Courageous Knight just held his ground after a midfield run despite a downgrade. Jubilation ran on without threatening from near last. He's still struggling to find any sort of form in his eight starts.

Racing Incident Report

Race Two: (38) - WAH FU HANDICAP - Class 5 - 1650Meters

RUN RUN GOOD shifted out on jumping and bumped the hindquarters of COURAGEOUS KNIGHT, causing RUN RUN GOOD to lose ground and COURAGEOUS KNIGHT to become unbalanced.

BARON ZEE shifted out at the start and bumped the hindquarters of RUN DES RUN.

After beginning awkwardly, BUDDY SPIRIT was ridden along in the early stages to obtain a forward position and travelled wide and without cover until the 1200 Metres at which time PAKISTAN ZINDABAD was left racing wide and without cover.

PAKISTAN ZINDABAD was then allowed to improve its position to race outside the lead after the 700 Metres.

NEW ASIA ADVANCE shifted out on jumping, resulting in SPEED FORCE being crowded for room inside JUBILATION and causing both SPEED FORCE and JUBILATION to become unbalanced.

Then from the outside barriers, NEW ASIA ADVANCE, SPEED FORCE and JUBILATION were all shifted across behind runners to obtain cover.

After the 1300 Metres, SPEED FORCE commenced to travel strongly and was checked away from the heels of SKY GEM approaching the 1200 Metres.

Making the turn near the 700 Metres, TRAVEL GLORY momentarily raced in restricted room inside the heels of BUDDY SPIRIT which got its head on the side and lay in away from PAKISTAN ZINDABAD.

A veterinary inspection of PAKISTAN ZINDABAD immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

LONDON LUCKYSTAR, LUCKY VICTOR and RUN DES RUN were sent for sampling.
