After settling in midfield, Copartner Ambition showed a good turn of foot near the inside to take control 60m out for a fourth win from his past five starts. He can win again if he remains in the grade. Celestial Colours gave a cheeky sight after working hard to lead from gate 10. It was another good performance after making a nice impression in his first two local runs at Sha Tin. A Americ Te Specso ran on nicely through the centre for third after a patient ride one from the rear. It was another honest effort. Never Too Soon closed off well down the outside for fourth after settling one off the fence behind midfield. He relished a return to the same course and distance as two earlier wins this term. Brave Star lost fourth late after tracking a genuine pace from a tricky gate. He performed OK. Excellent Peers ran on without threatening after settling one from the rear. He rarely produces a bad run but is still trying to find a rating bottom. Following a one-out, oneback run, favourite Healthy Healthy couldn't turn it up another gear when push came to shove. The rise in weight took its toll following consecutive wins.

Horse No 9 HEALTHY HEALTHY (H203) A Badel After the race, A Badel reported that he was obliged to make some use of his mount in the early stages to hold a forward position and HEALTHY HEALTHY did not respond to his riding in the Home Straight.

A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

The performance of HEALTHY HEALTHY was considered to be disappointing as compared to its previous starts.

Before being allowed to race again, HEALTHY HEALTHY will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
