Recap by phillip woo

Bowser just scrambled after hitting the front 50m out travelling midfield near the far side for a maiden win at his third start. Lucky Symphony ran on nicely to make it very close on the wire after peeling to the far side for a clear run 200m out following an early run fourth last on the stands side. It was a vastly improved effort following a switch to Sha Tin. Prosecco came from last and without a clear run from the 400m to 100m to finish a close third. It was an eye-catching effort on return to the straight 1,000m. Firming favourite Fun Elite weakened late for fourth after poking his head in front 150m out following a handy run. The big weight took its toll. Debutant Cheerful World kept on all right after a prominent run on the grandstand side. The Great Master gradually faded after dictating the run from gate 14. It was a shade better run following a downgrade. Panda failed to make an impact after making his run from just better than midfield in the center of the pack. He couldn't build on a last start win.
