Recap by phillip woo

Oversubscribed enjoyed a perfect run one off the fence in fourth and took control 100m out to score under female jockey Rachel King. He is an honest sprinter at Happy Valley and built on his last-start near miss. Harmony Fire rolled forward from the outside gate, hit the front 150m out and kept on gamely for second. He has improved from one run to the next down in Class Four this season. Diamond Soars kept on well for third after chasing the leader on the rail. He rarely produces a bad run over Happy Valley's 1,000m. Super Fast Dragon finished well for fourth after pushing favourite Galvanic out of the way in the home straight to obtain clear running. He is a winner waiting to happen after catching the eye in back-to-back races following his switch to Happy Valley. Savvy Delight made some ground after travelling on the fence in midfield. He is limited. Super Commander was on his tippy toes 100m out after easily finding the front from barrier seventh. He is mixing his form. Galvanic only held his ground after recovering from his tardy beginning to settle in midfield. He had an excuse.
